Cue drum roll for this year’s Zurich Young Portrait Prize Winner – the amazingly talented Eva McPartland (14),  who scooped the top prize with this portrait of her sister Ellen (10) wearing a face mask and entitled ‘Is This Normal?’ Nope. There’s nothing normal about face masks. And neither is the skill on display here. I mean, just take a look at those eyes. Wow!
